Can I use my phone in the spa?
To ensure a tranquil and relaxing environment for all our guests, phone use is not permitted within the spa treatment areas. We encourage you to disconnect and fully embrace the serenity of your spa experience. You are welcome to use your phone in the reception area or designated lounge areas.
How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking your appointment as far in advance as possible, especially if you have specific treatments, therapists, or times in mind. Our most popular services tend to book up quickly. However, we always do our best to accommodate last-minute requests whenever possible.
What is your cancellation policy?
We require 48 hours’ notice for cancellations to avoid a fee.
